Shipping Questions Answered
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. When you place your order, please keep in mind, if an order is placed on Tuesday, it will ship Thursday. If an order is placed on Thursday, it will ship the following Tuesday. We currently ship only on weekdays, and not on weekends.
There may be instances in which your shipment is delayed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please refer to the tracking information provided on your order confirmation. If you need an order expedited, please call us at 650-652-6509, or email together@gatherwithpamela.comand we will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Your satisfaction matters to us!
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. Please ensure that your shipping address includes as much specific information as possible regarding the recipient's name, suite/floor and department. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
G&ther cannot be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We ship within the United States. Our products are made to order and shipped direct from the San Francisco Bay Area.
For frozen products, we limit transit time so items are still frozen upon arrival. Otherwise, shipping dates and pricing are determined by location and availability. We try our best to deliver orders as requested, but the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays. We recommend selecting a receiving date of 1-2 days in advance, if you'd like delivery by a specific date
WHAT TIME WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
We're unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, and your order may be delivered up until 9:00 pm, depending on the delivery driver and route.We strongly recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information while your purchase is in transit.
DELIVERING TO A BUSINESS (OFFICE BUILDINGS, HOSPITALS, HOTELS, DORM ROOMS, ETC.)
Please ensure that your shipping address includes as much specific information as possible regarding the recipient's name, suite/floor and department. Before ordering, we strongly recommend contacting the business/building directly to receive up-to-date delivery instructions (to include when placing your order).
If the business/mail room is closed at the time of delivery, a second attempt should be made the following business day. If packages are typically delivered to a mail room, it will be the recipient's responsibility to check, once the items have been marked “delivered.” For deliveries within strict business hours, we recommend ordering Local Delivery.
G&ther is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries to businesses
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
We don't deliver to PO boxes because of the perishable nature of our products.
WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
The delivery driver will leave the package if no one is there to receive it. For perishable items, please refer to your tracking communications to keep an eye on your delivery window.
G&ther cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.
If the mail carrier cannot deliver on the date selected, they will reattempt the next available day. While unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the following day, G&ther isnot responsible for unsuccessful deliveries. Please plan accordingly, our goal is for all purchases and gifts to arrive as fresh as possible! G&ther cannot be held responsible if the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful.
WEATHER ADVISORY
Due to inclement weather and volume from certain holidays, some packages may be delayed with the mail carrier.

While we do our best to ship your order on schedule, timed with the placement of your order and when it is received, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays, due to weather or operational snags.
During national and peak holidays, we encourage customers to select a date at least 2-5 days before desired delivery date to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
All shipping options are displayed at checkout and pricing is based on delivery address, delivery date, and selected shipping option.
CAN I SELECT A DELIVERY DATE IN A FUTURE MONTH?
If you’d like to place an order for our handcrafted food products and decorating kits for a future date, please order here site. You can order up to six months in advance. In fact, we highly recommend advance orders for the December holiday season. WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO ENSURE MY ORDER ARRIVES ON A SPECIFIC DATE?
While we try our best to ship your order on the date requested, the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays that are out of our control.
During peak holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc. we encourage customers to select a date at least 2-5 days before desired delivery to ensure your package will arrive in time for the holiday.
HOW DO I PLACE ORDERS SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At this time, our site is only able to process orders with one shipping address at a time. If you have any questions about corporate or bulk orders, you can email us at together@gatherwithpamela.com or call the G&ther administrative office at 650-652-6509 to speak with our team.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking once your order is being processed for shipment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder and add our email address to your safe senders list.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Given the perishable nature of our products, and our parties to-go foods, we aren’t able to accept returns. All merchandise is final sale as well.
