Yes! When you place your order Parties To-Go order, or your Shop order online, you have the option for free pick up.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes! You can order gourmet packed foods, gifts, cookies and kits for through our site directly. Our packaged products can be ordered for local delivery, pick up, or nation-wide shipping on our website.
Please note: Be sure to include a valid contact phone number for the person receiving the delivery so the courier can contact them if there are any issues.
DO YOU ACCEPT APPLE PAY/GOOGLE PAY/ANDROID PAY?
We accept most major credit cards via our Online Shops. At this time, we're unable to accept Apple or Google Payments.
DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! For our handcrafted packaged foods, and our food decorating kits, we ship straight to your door, anywhere in the United States. Please keep in mind, we cannot ship to a PO Box. ARE YOUR PACKAGED FOODS SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES?
We bake, mix, and cook all of our products on shared equipment in our production kitchen, in the same space that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the allergens for all of our packaged foods on the individual product pages.
If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free production kitchen. Please reach out to our team for any questions or concerns regarding this.
If you're looking for a gluten-free option, check out our Party Puffs, or our Food Decorating Kits. Our Choco-Cherry-Licious Cookie does not contain nuts.

G&THER IS AMAZING! DO YOU DO COOKING EVENTS OUTSIDE OF THE SF BAY AREA?
Thanks for the compliment! Our immersive cooking events are held in our event space in Burlingame, CA. However, if you’re not able to travel to our location, we offer livestream, virtual cooking events as well as ship our gourmet packaged food items nationwide. Please email us together@gatherwithpamela.com if you are interested in a virtual cooking event.
Our food decorating kits at shop.gatherwithpamela.com are perfect for DIY parties and team building events. We can also livestream a decorating kit party with Chef Pamela Keith.

COOKIE FAQ
COOKIE STORAGE
G&ther’s cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator. If you’d like to save them for later, we recommend individually wrapping them and storing them in the freezer until a craving hits. Pro tip: cut a whole cookie into quarters before you freeze it - it’s the perfect bite-sized snack!
For maximum enjoyment, warm the cookie in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes or until gooe, or about 20 seconds in the microwave. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-10 minutes in the oven.

OUR COOKIES ARE JUMBO SIZE
We make our cookies in small batches by hand every day, so we are unable to change the size or the flavors with special requests. Our cookies are great for sharing (or not!) and can be frozen for future snacking!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE COOKIES IN MY GIFT BOX?
The best way to customize your cookie selection is to order the individual flavors you’d like as packs of five. For example, if you want 2 flavors you can add a 5-pack of our Choco-Cherry-Licious link and a separate 5-pack of our Orange-U-Delicious link.
PLACING ORDERS
CAN I ORDER IN ADVANCE?
Advanced planning is the best kind of planning! If you’d like to place an order for our handcrafted products and decorating kits in advance, please order here. At check out, you can enter the date that you would like your order to arrive, up to six months in advance. In fact, we highly recommend advance orders for the December holiday season. Please note that once a package is in the hands of the mail carrier, we are unable to ensure it will not be waylaid by unforeseen events, such as weather. If your order absolutely must arrive by a specific date, we recommend scheduling them to arrive a day or two early.

For frozen products, like Pamela’s Party Puffs, make sure they are transferred to a freezer immediately. For cookies and other products, rest assured, they keep very well at room temperature for a few days or in a freezer for many weeks.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Given the perishable nature of our products, and our parties to-go foods, we aren’t able to accept returns. All merchandise is final sale as well.

ARE G&THER FOOD PRODUCTS KOSHER OR HALAL CERTIFIED?
Our commercial production kitchen is not under kosher or halal supervision, and our ingredients are not certified kosher. Please reach out to our team at together@gatherwithpamela.com for any additional questions.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE?
Our frozen Party Puffs, available in 3 different flavors, are gluten free. Please note, these products are not certified gluten-free.

IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE/SUSTAINABLE?
The product boxes and shipper box are fully recyclable upon disposal, as well as a lot of our product packaging. The cellophane bags and frozen product bags are not recyclable, but they are reusable. We’re always on the lookout for new packaging options.

HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED FOR NATIONWIDE SHIPPING?
Each gifting-ready cookie gift box contains a minimum of five 4-ounce cookies, packed in a clear cellophane bag with hand-tied satin ribbon. They're then placed in our shipper boxes for a safe journey to the recipient.
Ordering more than one gift box to the same location? Each gift box will arrive packed together in a larger shipping box.

I’M SENDING A GIFT - DO YOU INCLUDE PRICES IN THE BOX?
Great question. We never include pricing or similar details for our online orders shipped nationwide, or locally for pick up or delivery.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You’ll get an email confirmation immediately after you place your order and receive another email with tracking details, once your order is being processed for shipment (1-3 days before the requested delivery date).
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder and add together@gatherwithpamela.com to your safe senders list.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
Since we ship to order on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we need advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require 3-4 week’s notice for large orders and an additional 2 weeks if your order includes customization. For the December holiday season, we recommend at least four months in advance. That said, we know things pop up sometimes, and we're always happy to try to accommodate a shorter window if we're able to. DO YOU OFFER ANY BULK DISCOUNTS ON YOUR SHOP PRODUCTS?
Yes! When ordering $1,000 or more worth of our packaged products, you will receive a 10% discount off your order. Please note, the $1,000 threshold does not include the cost of shipping and shipping costs are not eligible for the 10% discount. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
